In 1997, the Jewish Community of Casablanca founded the Museum of Moroccan Jewry, a history and ethnographic museum. The Arab region’s sole Jewish Museum located in Casablanca’s Oasis area and boasts a treasure trove. It conserves national and international collections using world-class methods. The Museum of Moroccan Jewry showcases Jewish history, religion, customs, and everyday life in Moroccan culture via religious, anthropological, and artistic artefacts. Zhor Rehihil, a Muslim woman with a Doctorate in Jewish Studies, runs the Jewish Museum.
